Cultivate the habit of being grateful for every good thing that comes to you, and to give thanks continuously. And because all things have contributed to your advancement, you should include all things in your gratitude.”  ― Ralph Waldo Emerson

Gratitude is the most powerful form of prayer and most profound state of mind and being that can be experienced in this reality.  Everything we do in Harmonia we do with gratitude for this wonderful journey that allows us to create and experience heaven on earth.  Even on our worst days, we have our breathe and our heart beats, birds sing and leaves dance in the wind.  With our imaginations and connection to the Earth we can solve any challenge.

Meditation is an ancient practice in awareness, training the mind to observe thoughts and feelings without judgment, allowing us to discover our selves without the masks, giving more control we have over our journeys.  It brings a deep sense of gratitude, which creates a happier life.  We will offer morning meditation in addition to yoga Monday through Friday.

Sunday through Thursday we will have Silent Sitting in the forest from 6-6:30 p.m.  At this time, everything shuts down at Harmonia while we take in the sounds of nature, meditate, or reflect on the day.

Celebration is the physical manifestation of gratitude, an act of reverence or appreciation. It is the final turn in the medicine wheel.  Whether it is through music, food, dance, ceremony or small festival, we will honor the blood, sweat and tears we have given to the earth to create Harmonia and our community.  Our forms of celebration will be influenced by our tribe and will evolve with Harmonia.
